Common BBQs problems we fix
These are the issues we see most often — if yours isn't listed, call us and we'll diagnose it.
Burner won't ignite
Dead igniter battery, corroded igniter electrode, or a clogged burner tube preventing the spark from lighting the gas.
Uneven heat across grill
Clogged or corroded burner ports, damaged heat plates, or a failing crossover tube causing hot and cold spots.
Low flame or weak heat
Faulty regulator, kinked gas hose, or partially blocked burner ports reducing gas flow and heat output.
Gas smell without flame
Worn burner valve, cracked hose, or a loose connection — requires immediate inspection and should not be used.
Rust and corrosion damage
Corroded burners, rusted heat plates, or deteriorated cooking grates affecting performance and safety.
Rotisserie or side burner not working
Failed rotisserie motor, faulty side burner valve, or a wiring issue in the accessory circuit.
